I am sure you are aware that diet has a significant impact on our health, appearance and proper functioning of the body. It should be remembered that the condition of our skin also depends on what we eat. And to a great extent. Of course, it is an individual matter as to what is good and what is bad. However, inadequate nutrition can contribute to dry skin and excessive peeling. It can lead to puffiness, changes in the eyelids, and the formation of eczema or rash.

Water is by far the most important ingredient for maintaining the proper condition of our skin. Our body is approximately 60% water. That is why it is so important to consume about 2 liters of fluid each day. Water is responsible for regulating all metabolic processes in our skin. Proper hydration of the body gives the skin firmness, elasticity and elasticity. Without water, the skin loses its natural color, becomes oversensitive and dry. It is more prone to discoloration, allergic changes or infections.





Water and what else? They are also influenced by polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, C, D, E, B vitamins and minerals such as copper, silicon, sulfur or coenzyme Q10.
