The Clients’ personal data is stored on servers that guarantee full security of this data. Only the authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.

PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

The Clients’ data is collected exclusively for the purposes and to the extent specified in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the PIBU Beauty online store, on the basis of clearly expressed consents.

The Store does not share, sell, or lend for use the Clients’ personal data to third parties, unless with express consent from or at the request of the relevant state authorities made on the basis of the applicable legal regulations and in connection with pending proceedings.

Every Client that provided their data to us has the right to access this data in order to verify or modify it and to demand its deletion. The Client can also supplement and edit their data on their own after logging in to their individual account.

They provide us with statistical information about the Client’s activity in order for us to adapt our offer to their needs and preferences. We send advertising and promotional materials to Clients only if they have agreed to receiving them. This concerns in particular the newsletter, which is sent to the Client only if they click the confirmation link received from us, which means consent to receiving a newsletter with information about current special offers, discounts, and new products. The newsletter concerns exclusively the offer of our Store.
