Shipments are processed on an ongoing basis, in the order in which orders are placed. The average time of international order completion is 1-2 working days from the moment of its confirmation and payment. This time may be slightly longer in the pre-Christmas period. Expected delivery dates should be counted from the moment of shipment dispatch. The status of your order can be tracked on an ongoing basis - all information is sent by e-mail.
The fastest form of payment is PayPal - the money is immediately credited to our account and we can then process the order. This is a guarantee of the fastest delivery of your order.
We also accept a standard transfer to PLN and EUR accounts.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
You should exercise your right of withdrawal in order to return the goods you have purchased from us. You have 14 days to do this.
In such a case, the decision should be notified to KP TRADE KARINA PINKOWSKA by a clear statement (via a letter sent by post or e-mail).

In order for the complaint to be processed efficiently, it is necessary to provide the following data:
information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the order number, type and date of non-compliance or defect in the goods;
contact details of the person submitting the complaint for the purposes of processing the complaint, if they differ from the data provided at the time of creating the Customer Account or placing an order;
a photograph showing the defect in the goods being the subject of the complaint,
the substance of the claim.
After consideration of the complaint, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone and determine a solution that is satisfactory for you - return or replacement.
